About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Image Analyst with expertise in High Content Screening (HCS) Techniques and Live Cell Imaging Software. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in advancing our innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced image analysis techniques to extract insights from HCS data.
- Design and implement algorithms for live cell imaging interpretation.
- Collaborate with commercial & MKT teams to provide custom image analysis solutions
- Demonstration and seminar participation for customers
- Enhance image analysis workflows for improved efficiency and precision.
- Keep abreast of and integrate emerging technologies in data image analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- Expertise in data image analysis, especially with HCS and live cell imaging.
- Proficiency in programming for image analysis (Python, MATLAB, R).
- Familiarity with biological imaging and microscopy systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with image analysis software (e.g., CellProfiler, ImageJ/Fiji) is preferred.
- Knowledge of statistical methods for biological data analysis is a plus.
